The Legend of Flimmy

I am now reading another money book called Saving and Investments by Paul Clitheroe, I like to read about money books because I feel that money is very useful because you can buy stuff like video games and cool stuff like that.One of the other books that I have read by Paul Clitheroe is a book called More Money that book helped me understand everything I need to know about money, it does not teach every thing but it is a good start.

Currently I am reading a very interesting book called “More Money”, the author of this book is Paul Clitheroe. This book is very interesting to me because I like to know how money works in this world. I had also read a book called “Rich dad Poor dad” you may have heard of this book because it was the number one best seller in New York. Both of these two authors have a common meaning, this meaning is that knowing a lot of academics is still important but however not as important as the knowledge of money. So I began reading a lot of money books.

My feed back to this book is that it does have the important money message and gives good reasons why you would ever follow any of these reasons.My one constructive comment is that in the first seventy pages the author was to specific and said most things he remember off the channel nine show “Money”. However the author is not experienced at writing but he is very experienced at business, so his ability off writing is not the best but however i thought it is a good book so far.

I would highly recommend this book to everyone because like I said being good at academics is not the only thing you need to be good at to keep your money. I said “keep your money” because if you are good at academics then you might get a good job that pays well but if you don’t manage your money then it will go down the drain.

This term for homework we had to write a blog post about  this term’s High Flyer. I now have made a plan  on how to tackle this term’s High Flyers.I would like to finish  this terms High Flyer because I would like to be looked upon from my peers as a successful person by those that might not have finished. I will also be leaving this school with the accomplishment of a term’s High Flyer.

This year in term three we have had to research a topic of our choices. We then have to present our topic to our class.We haven’t reached that step of the presenting it but we have made a choice  about what topic we have to present. My topic is the Rubix’s cube. However I was tossing up between the Rubix’s cube and World of warcraft but I thought someone eles was going to make their topic World of Warcraft but I was wrong. I choose to do the rubix’s cube becasue I can do the rubix’s cube. But that is the only thing I can do about it so I wanted to know more and this is a great chance to do so. In my first post I posted something along the lines of “I can do the Rubix’s cube in 2.15 seconds”,but now I can get it in 1.30 seconds.Although that might sound like something it is really bad as some guys can do the Rubix’s cube in like 10.00 seconds.

Well yeah I think I’ll make a  good presentation and get good marks because I have a good idea of what I will be covering.

which character would you  like as a firend ? why? give reasons.

The character I would like to be friends with would be Malao because he is the main the character and all of the charaters will most liky die or are dead and I think that he won’t die. How ever even if the others didn’t die, because malao can fight and can defend me and stuff. I chose him because I want a friend that can fight and stuff

On the 22nd of the 6th I had a interview with my teacher and one of my parent. I had to explain my learing for the first semester of 2009.We had to explain our strengths and way that we could improve.We also had a power point that could help us explain our learning better.

On the 23rd of June the Power Communtito y came and for the second visit. We learnt how harmful smoking is.We also learnt a scenario that involes friend smoking and deasion making that smoking related to. We also learnt that we need to think for our selfs and make the right deasion in the short term and the long term.

My class and I are reading a story called Storm Boy. This book is about a kid who lived near the coorong in Australia. He has some one that lives with him, his name was Hide Away. He is also a companied by  three pelicans named Mr proud, Mr ponder and Mr perserval. We also had to do diffrent activeties for each chapter and how the auther uses words and all the story based words.

My class and I did a art piece which was based on a circle and we had a chance to change the circle or put something in it.Mine is called spyro and it was basiclly it was about 3or4 circles and did curve lines and made a easy colour mix. it was black and white so it looked very effective.

My class and I went to Hindmarsh island for a camp. One of the activities we as a group did was a study of water way. Our instructor guilded us to the mouth of the murray and exlained us how all of the water usage effect the murray. There has also a decent amount of tube worms forming next to the river.He also told this is really bad as because it acidy and this could harm us if it was put in the murray. We also found out that the murray is really drained down because we (when i mean us i mean nearly every one is Australia) are always using the water in the murray and this is bad because as then we might run out of water.
